Ticketing Information

General Reservations

To reserve tickets, patrons may call (330) 263-2241 or visit the Box Office located in Freedlander Theatre during the Box Office hours listed. Tickets can only be reserved by speaking directly to a member of the Box Office staff. No reservations can be made through voice mail messages.

Please note the ticket policy is as follows:

General Admission
Senior Citizen (Age 65+)
Faculty,Staff & Students (Must present valid ID card)

Important Note: All unpaid reserved tickets must be picked up from the Box Office no less than 30 minutes prior to performance, after which the Box Office reserves the right to distribute all unclaimed tickets to waiting list patrons.

College of Wooster Student Reservations

All College of Wooster students may reserve one complimentary ticket per theatre production. Reservations can only be made at the Box Office by presenting a valid College of Wooster student ID.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A RESERVATION ONLY. TICKETS WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNTIL THE DAY OF PERFORMANCE.

Important Note: On the day of performance, students must pick up their tickets no less than 30 minutes prior to performance, after which the Box Office reserves the right to distribute all unclaimed tickets to waiting list patrons.

Students who wish to sit with friends or attend the theatre in a group should reserve their tickets together to ensure desired seating. Ticket exchanges will not be made on the day of performance to accommodate seating arrangements.
