Annual Reports, Federal Maritime Commission (FMC 1.1:)
The Federal Maritime Commission was established as an independent agency in 1961 to have regulatory authority over commercial shipping. (This commission's annual report should not be confused with the Annual Reports, Maritime Administration under the Department of Commerce.) The annual reports began publication with the 1962 report.
