  • Pre-Conference Gathering - An informal gathering for travelers arriving Thursday evening is being planned.  Let Coleen Parmer  (419-372-7826) or Sherry Engle (614-688-8778) know by Wednesday, October 31 if you are interested in meeting at The Hunan Palace for some good food and conversation.  Tentative meal time at the Golden Hunan is 8:00 p.m.

Lunch will be a Pasta Buffet (featuring vegetarian and non-vegetarian sauces, salad, breads, and beverages)

Directions to Bowling Green State University
From I-75: Take Exit 181 to Wooster Street, turn west. Turn north onto Mercer Road and then west on Ridge Street. Metered parking is available in Parking Lot N north of the library. Free parking and shuttle service is available during the academic year from the Visitor Information Center on Alumni Drive. 

Parking Information
Our hosts at Bowling Green strongly recommend parking in lot 6 next to the Visitors Information Booth and taking the FREE shuttle to Stop 4:Library and East Hall.  See the Visitors Information page (http://www.bgsu.edu/welcome/tour/information.html)

Shuttle service runs from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.  Buses arrive at the Information Booth approximately every 7 minutes.  Campus maps are also available at the Visitors Booth.

The meeting will be held in Olscamp Hall, two buildings over from the library.  (Building 45 on the campus map--section 4) (http://www.bgsu.edu/map/ (section 4)

Hotel Information
Fifteen rooms have been blocked at the Falcon Plaza for conference rates.  Tell the Reservations Staff that this is for the Documents Conference.
