Media Library Screening Room Reservation

Use this form to reserve a Library screening room with the following guidelines:

• Screening rooms may be reserved for a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 40 people.
• Screening rooms must be reserved at least 4 working days in advance.
• Screening rooms may be reserved by faculty only.
• The key to the room can be checked out from the Media Library Desk.
