This form allows College of Wooster faculty to reserve Media Library video tapes and DVDs for their classes

If the video or DVD is not a College of Wooster holding, please come to the Media Library and fill out the appropriate rental forms. A rental or purchase requires the department chairperson's signature

In order to be assured of a reservation, please request all College of Wooster titles four working days in advance. Reservations received less than four working days will be processed based on the availability of the staff and the title. -NOTICE- The College of Wooster's licensing agreements for media holdings permit only "face-to-face classroom instruction" or home use. If other uses, such as conferences, club, section or residence housing events, campus-wide or off-campus events are desired, special permission must be obtained from the distributor. By requesting media, the borrower assumes responsibility for using it in accordance with the College of Wooster's licensing agreement and U.S. copyright law.
