Grad Schools & Careers
For those entering the job market directly after graduation, The Career Services Office is the place to begin, and the sooner the better. They can tell you where recent Business Economics graduates found jobs and help you to prepare for interviews.
If graduate school is in your future, a good place to begin is GRE Online sponsored by the Educational Testing Service or the Graduate Management Admission Council's MBA Explorer.. Both contain tips about the exams, dates, and other useful information.
A number of Economics Departments at various graduate schools have home pages that you can visit in order to obtain information about them. A page of links to graduate economics programs is maintained at Albany.
To narrow your choices, you might look at a ranking of graduate programs in Economics such as the one that appeared recently in Economic Inquiry.
